The ability to host platforms or chatbots on private servers or in cloud environments
The ConnectiveOne platform is a set of services that interact with each other. The architecture allows the platform to be deployed on bare metal, in the cloud (with a ready-made implementation on AWS), as well as on other dedicated servers or in virtualization systems.
The platform architecture can be implemented as a monolithic server, distributed services with multiple servers, or microservices in cloud infrastructure. The platform can also be orchestrated using popular tools.
The ConnectiveOne platform has unlimited capacity in terms of functionality and infrastructure. The only limitation may be at the level of the messengers used for interaction.
Recommended capacities for stable server operation
Here are examples of possible options for implementing the server architecture of the platform for managing bots on a monolithic server or in a cloud environment
When deployed on a single server, open-source database management systems such as MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL can be used.
When deploying ConnectiveOne on AWS, additional capabilities become available, such as hosting static files that are received and sent by bot users and operators on AWS S3, scaling the database with AWS RDS, and much more.
ConnectiveOne and the chatbots built on its platform can be deployed on platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or any other cloud environment.
Hosting a chatbot on your own servers requires choosing the appropriate hosting. If you plan to host a Telegram bot, make sure the servers are located in a country where the messenger is not blocked or prohibited.
It’s also important to consider the load and complexity of the bot itself. For high loads, choose hosting that not only covers these demands but also provides capacity reserves, taking into account a convenient pricing policy.
If you plan to develop a complex chatbot using neural networks or their combinations, you will need a dedicated server with GPU for efficient data processing during the implementation phase. The stability of the hosting is key to ensuring uninterrupted bot operation, providing a high level of interaction with clients and enhancing their user experience.
